As Teachers we should want our students to feel connected to the school and their individual classroom. It gives the students a sense of security that they might not have anywhere else. The idea of connectivity is to bring students together with a clear vision of where you are going based on the mission of where you are. All students are equal and all students deserve respect, when a student feels like their voice is heard they open up, the school becomes more than a school it becomes a safe place where they can leave everything at the front doors and they get to be themselves.
